Investment Philosophy
At Cadre, we follow four core principles to make sound investment decisions and protect our investors.
We believe that our interests should be aligned.
As a fiduciary, Cadre has a legal responsibility to put our investors first. We invest directly alongside our investors and participate in performance incentives to further align our interests.
We believe that assets should be selected individually.
After extensive due diligence, Cadre selects only ~2% of all opportunities we review for investment. We primarily look for individual assets in the mid-cap sector that we can improve through structural or operational efficiencies.
We believe that more individuals should have access to private investments.
We believe that investments should be actively managed for maximum benefit.
